Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Since Dr. Abblett has performed such a thorough examination on your first visit, a typical office visit can be a very quick, precise adjustment, taking only a few minutes.  But, if you have questions, or perhaps a new injury, your visit may take longer.  We pride ourselves in scheduling visits so that you will have the minimum amount of wait time before you actually see the doctor.  Of course, occasionally you or someone else, needs a little more time than planned, so the wait time could be a little bit longer than usual.  After your adjustment, you will most likely already have scheduled your next visit and have already pre-paid for the next few visits, so you will be free to go on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before.  If you miss a visit, you could lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We have a very liberal drop-in policy, so our patients appreciate the freedom of calling at the last minute for an appointment.

After the initial intensive treatment, our patients have a good understanding of their bodies and are placed on an "as needed" basis. They simply call for an appointment when they feel the need and usually can be seen the same day.

Dr. David Asks some important questions of interest to Concord residents - Chiropractor Concord Dr. David Asks...

How come medical doctors don't recommend chiropractic?
That's changing. Years of prejudice and bias are giving way to research showing the benefits of chiropractic care. As more and more Concord folks seek alternatives to drugs and surgery, more and more medical practitioners are referring their patients to chiropractors.
Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our Concord chiropractic practice.
